Employee Life Cycle

1. People Strategy

Create a people strategy which can include designing organisation structure, job descriptions and goals for all roles that are aligned to the organisation strategy.

2, 3 & 4. Attract, Recruit & Onboard

Design an attraction process to ensure we are attracting the right candidates for roles and a recruitment process from shortlisting candidates to offering contracts to successful hires. Create a process to onboard all new hires in a consistent and structured way to ensure their onboarding experience is seamless and efficient. Creating job spec, job ad, advertise the role, interview, offer the role, contract, onboarding. We work with a preferred list of recruitment agencies/platforms to advertise your roles.

5. Learning & Development

Create a process to enable robust development conversations which encourage employees to design development plans which are supported by the Business Manager/CEO through learning and development opportunities which increase employee engagement and motivation.

6. Reward, Recognition & Benefits

Conduct a salary and benchmarking exercise to determine salary ranges for each layer of the organisation. Create a process for salary reviews and recognition. Collate all reward and benefits to inform the Business Manager/CEO benefits package to attract talent and engage employees.

7. Progression & Performance

Ensure all roles have clear job descriptions, goals and objectives. Design a performance management process to ensure objectives are created, performance is measured, feedback is given and

year end reviews take place. This allows for consistency with shared performance goals across the team and embeds the organisation values.

8. Retain/Exit

Design a retention process to retain key talent and an exit strategy which includes exit interviews.

Culture ad Values

Culture and Values

At Donna Reilly People and Wellness we can design an employee focused culture statement, values and behaviours at your Company.

 

We can take various approaches to developing a culture statement, along with options to design a set of values which will underpin the culture statement and help bring it to life. We identify ways to highlight the behaviours which will embed the values and contribute to the achievement of the culture statement.

 

The aim of the process is to create an environment of positive behaviours, which are aligned to the Company's purpose and values and will further embed the culture that your Company wish to create.

Team Workshop

Donna Reilly People and Wellness will design and deliver a one day Culture & Values workshop for the entire Company/Team.

 

During the workshop, all employees will be offered time to reflect on the current culture, values, behaviours and to develop ideas and recommendations to increase commitment and a sense of belonging at your Company through the new culture and values.

 

We will capture data from the workshop and develop a report which will include;

  • Key employee themes 

  • What do employees want? What culture do they want to see? What values do they believe are needed to achieve this culture?

  • How can we increase a sense of commitment, belonging and accountability? How can we ensure employees feel valued?

  • What steps or initiatives can we introduce to launch and increase alignment to the culture and values?

Employee Workshop

Donna Reilly People and Wellness will design and facilitate a number of smaller workshops where groups of employees are invited to attend a workshop to discuss and offer feedback on the Company Culture and Values and to give input into the design of the new culture and values.

The workshops will be small and intimate and will create a safe space for employees to give feedback and offer their views and ideas on the new culture and values. They will be encouraged to create the new culture and values and identify ways to embed the values and achieve the culture.

Culture Survey and Review

Donna Reilly People and Wellness will launch a culture survey and ask each team member to complete this survey over the course of a two week period. We will then analyse the survey outputs design and develop a culture report which we will share with the People & Culture team.

In addition to the survey, we will also facilitate a number of smaller workshops where groups of employees are invited to attend a workshop to discuss and offer feedback on the Culture and Values and to give input into the design of the new culture and values.

​

Finally, we will hold 1 to 1 interviews with each member of the Executive team to get their views, thoughts and ideas on the new culture and values.

All services are bespoke and include the following objectives.

To review the current culture statement and redesign and develop a new culture statement which increases employee's connection, commitment, sense of belonging and accountability to the team.

All employees will be offered time to reflect on the current culture, values, behaviours and to develop ideas and recommendations to increase commitment and a sense of belonging at your Company through the new culture and values.

We share a report with the People & Culture team which includes the key outputs and the proposed culture statement and values of your Company. The report will include recommended initiatives to launch the culture and values and ideas to build commitment, belonging and accountability.

Based on that initial conversation, we will prepare a bespoke proposal for you to review. 

Timeline and structure will be agreed on before your tailor-made plan is put in place.
