Donna Reilly

Director of Donna Reilly People & Wellness

Donna Reilly, established Donna Reilly People & Wellness in March 2020.  Since then, despite the events and obvious setbacks, she has poured time, determination, hard work and love into it since then to bring the company to where it is today.  


Donna combines her extensive HR, wellness, facilitation, and coaching experience to work with clients across a multitude of industries.


As a Senior HR Business Partner who has worked in people functions across financial services for more than 16 years, Donna has vast expertise in all areas of strategic HR. She uses this expertise to design, manage and deliver people projects focusing on organisation values, ways of working and HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development programmes and exit practices.


Donna empowers her coaching clients to achieve their goals and objectives by motivating, inspiring, and challenging them to drive their personal development and careers. She also works with senior teams across a range of industries designing and delivering coaching and development programmes to drive their connection, engagement, define their values, purpose and create steps to achieve their overall team goals.


Donna is passionate about mental health and wellness coaching, and wellness programme development. As a wellness coach, workshop facilitator and wellness consultant, Donna offers a range of services to help individuals develop tools and techniques to manage their mental health and wellbeing and develop actions to lead a happy and fulfilled life and career. As a qualified Mental Health and Wellness coach, Donna is passionate about wellness and understands the positive effects an investment in your own wellness and mental health can have.

Donna holds a BA in Human Resource Management, a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Human Resource Business Partnering, three Advanced Diplomas covering Personal, Executive, Leadership and Mental Health and Corporate Wellbeing Coaching, EMCC Practitioner Level accreditation and is an accredited EQi, Strengths Finder and SpotlightPROFILE practitioner.

We are a proud 2023 Nominee for the IMAGE PwC 'Entrepreneur of the Year' Award and winner of the Network Ireland 'Emerging New Business' Award 2023.  In 2022, we were announced Runner Up for the Network Ireland 'Emerging New Business' Award

Sandra is the programme manager for our larger wellness programmes.  She manages, coordinates, and ensures our programmes are fit for purpose and meet the clients specific wellness needs.  Sandra also manages all of the office and administration areas of the business.

Natalie Byrne

Laura is a Life and Executive Coach specialising in Personal, Leadership and Corporate Wellbeing coaching; a Principal in Pentago, a coaching, training and consulting practice; an Associate Faculty Lecturer with the National College of Ireland and is a Fellow with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland.

Rachel is one of our HR Consultants and is also Director at Elm Castle Consultancy – HR Consultancy Services.  Rachel has over 15 years’ experience and has an Honours Degree in Human Resource Management and a Master’s in Business – Leadership Practice, Strategy, Innovation and Change, from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
