Designing, Delivering and Managing Wellbeing Programmes for a Range of Organisations

Our team specialises in creating customised wellbeing programmes that cater to various industries. Below are the standard steps we follow when developing a wellbeing programme in collaboration with our clients.

Our team creates, sends and collates responses to a wellbeing survey for all employees. The survey asks a series of questions to determine the wellbeing supports employees may need. We also analyse all people data (demographics, absence data etc.) and external wellbeing research and create a strategy recommending a wellbeing strategy, programme and calendar for the organisation.


Enhancing Employee Wellbeing through Surveys and Strategic Planning

Our team is dedicated to fostering employee wellbeing, from creating surveys to collecting responses. These surveys help us identify the specific wellbeing needs of employees. We offer a mix of in-person events and workshops as well as online workshops, ensuring that we provide the best possible experience for everyone. Our holistic approach to wellbeing means that we design and deliver a variety of events that cater to all aspects of your wellbeing, whether it's for staff, family members, or children.

Bespoke Design

We can provide a variety of design services, such as branding, logos, wellbeing packs, journals, and more, based on your programme requirements. Additionally, we offer a wide range of wellbeing workshops and individual support options to assist anyone who may need it along the way.

Tailoring Programme to Your Needs

We regularly meet with the CEO/Programme Manager to ensure all needs are being met. We are constantly updating our workshops and have a team of facilitators that is constantly growing, ensuring a wild variety being offered. We provide metrics reports throughout and at the end of the Programme depending on the length of time agreed.
